The rich will always get richer as long as people borrow money and there is interest paid on that money. This has not changed in 2,000 years and won't change in the next 2,000 years. Don't borrow money and the rich won't get richer!

As for housing affordability in the UK alll that has to happen is the government and local authorities actually let people build. House price would plummet.

While much of what you say is true most people simply don't want to pay the price of success.

Start by never watching TV and learning to be GOOD really GOOD at something, anything and people will pay you handsomely!
