Linda Parelli Reinventing Herself, and How to Train Horses!

The first thing I found out when I met world-famous horse trainer Linda Parelli is we share the same birthday. Linda will be 64 on September 13th, not that you’d know it from her youthfully appearance, and energetic personality. She could easily pass for a model in her late forties. Must be the vegan diet. “Age is just a number,” she says, but the number is real, and it’s not an age she ever imagined she would be starting her life over from scratch.

Sadly, after twenty-five years of marriage, end in a painful divorce last year that’s exactly where she found herself for several months, prior to a final settlement. Without a home, a job, or an income. Good friends rallied to her aid providing short-term housing, and financial support until she found her feet. Fortunately aided by her ever-positive attitude, boundless energy, and talent as a trainer that did not take long.

Her priority was to create an income by starting a new business. Says Linda, “I am a teacher, a writer, educator even a marketer but not a businessperson.
