Keys to Charisma — Looking Healthy!

One of the many keys to charisma is looking healthy. People shy away from illness and pain. They avoid lethargic people who drain their energy.

This is why famous people like Franklin Delano Roosevelt often hide their illnesses. After his bout with polio his photos were always shot from the waist up never in his wheel chair.

pPeople gravitate toward healthy, energetic types. The healthier you look, the easier it will be to be seen as charismatic. It’s little known that J.F. Kennedy suffered from birth with a terminal illness called Addison’s Disease. If left untreated, this condition depletes the body’s adrenaline, eventually causing death. By 1947 it was learned that the condition could be kept from deteriorating by using cortisone. In spite of this, Kennedy received last rites on five occasions before his death in Dallas.

Kennedy entered the Navy by using his family’s influence to skip the physical, which he could never have passed. On top of this ailment, he also experienced chronic back pain due to a birth defect and not, as was variously reported at the time, as the result of an old football injury or the aftermath of his PT boat being sunk by a Japanese…
